The Board of Trustees is comprised of five members, with staggered five year terms. Two members are appointed by the Thompson Falls City Council; two by the Sanders County Commissioners; and one jointly by the Council and Commissioners.

The Trustees meet every second Thursday of the month at 5:00 PM in the Library. The public is welcome. Meeting agenda is posted at the City Hall, the County Courthouse, and the library. Please contact the library for additional information.
I want to congratulate and thank the Thompson Falls Library Board and all those who participated in the hiring of Crystal our new librarian. Her positive and friendly disposition to ALL who enter the library is a breath of fresh air. She is knowledgeable and so willing to assist patrons not only in person but via the telephone. Kudos to ALL!
